Shell Bouquet- the Wave. Probably sold. Each shell is on a separate pick, so can be rearranged. The container is not damaged at all. 
This topper is made on a metal circle and can be used on different urns. It looks different on an iron urn. item # B007 (Bouquet)12" across base. 15" high shells only not iron base.
